RETURNS FOR EXCHANGE

Any item purchased on-line for exchange must be unworn, unwashed and have the original tags still attached. All returns must be made within 2 weeks of order date.

Items purchased on-line may be returned for exchange at any one of our local stores (see store locations) for a new item or a credit note.Please bring with you your receipt.

Should you wish to exchange for an alternative size or colour, please enclose with your goods a postage paid self addressed bag sufficient to return your purchase to you. All postage costs will be covered by the customer.

Items that are classified as faulty may be repaired, or exchanged for a new item. Lolitta Clothing will only credit the cost of a 'Yellow Post Express Bag' if the item has been bought online.
Should stock no longer be available to exchange for colour or size, a credit note will be issued.

Email sales@lolittaclothing.com.au can be used to hold a 'new' size as classified above. The hold will expire after 7 days from receipt of email.

In the event of goods purchased on line but no longer available, a refund will be issued.

Please ensure that your name, address phone number and any instructions are included in the package

All orders sent in Australia will be sent via registered mail.
